How do I place an order?
Once you've found the item you wish to purchase, click the "add to cart" button. This will place the item in your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, simply click the "Checkout Now" button below the list of items in your Shopping Cart. Follow the online prompts that will take you through the account setup process and then submit your order.
How do I become a Burnes retailer?
Burnes provides wholesale prices to companies with a state resell certificate number or state tax exempt number. To register as a Burnes retailer click here. . After you are approved by our customer service team, you will receive an approval email and can log on to our website using your log in (email address) and password to access our online wholesale pricing.

How do I change my email address or password?
You may change your password at any time by logging on using your current email and password. Changes may be made to your account by clicking on "My Account" located in the upper right corner on the Homepage. Click on "Manage Account Settings" to modify your password or email address. If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the "My Account" page to reset your password. Your new password will be sent to your email address.
What are my order requirements?
Retail Customers
Items that are temporarily out of stock will be cancelled. Backorders are not accepted.
Wholesale Customers
The minimum opening order for all wholesale accounts is $150.00 net.
The minimum re-order requirement is $150.00 net.
All orders that do not meet this $150.00 minimum requirement will incur an additional $25.00 handling fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order typically ships in 24-48 business hours. Delivery time will take between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact customer service at 1-800-813-7263 (1-800-81-FRAME) to cancel your order. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central Standard Time
How do I track my package?
Click "My Account", then go to “Orders". This screen will list orders along with your order tracking number. Then click the tracking number FedEx link and your order will be tracked automatically at the FedEx site.
How do I change my mailing address?
Click "My Account" and login using your current email and password. Then look in the upper right-hand area of the homepage. Click on "My Account" and it will take you to your profile screen. You will see button an area called “Primary Shipping Address”, underneath that click on “manage shipping address”, click edit, change your address, and then click the "Save Address" button.
